NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application HDWP 05-26 for the property located at 21607 Laytonsville Road owned by The Town of Laytonsville.

Application HDWP 05-26 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission to replace the corrugated metal roof on the Lion’s Club Medical Locker building with a red, 26 gauge standing seam, metal roof.
Section 127.05 (a) of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic district
work permit for constructing, reconstructing, moving, relocating, demolishing or in any manner
modifying, changing or altering the exterior features of any designated historic site or historic
resource located within the Town.
