         a.       Council decision on whether to close the record of the Public Hearing on a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Sections 132.01 and 132.02 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance to comply with and reflect current provisions of State law and clarify other matters related to the Town’s Planning Commission.
         b.       Council decision on whether to close the record of the Public Hearing on an Ordinance Extending the Temporary Moratorium and Moratorium Extension upon the Review and Consideration of Applications and Permits for Large Commercial and Residential Projects.

         c.       Purchase of a Flat File Cabinet and Base and Acid Free Folders for Storage of Maps and Plans as Large as 36” x 48” – Mayor Hendricks
         d.       Report on the repairing of the common driveway serving Lots 6–9, Rolling Ridge, and as the start of the public pathway to Jones Farm Park and Pond and Discussion of installing signs and markings there – Mayor Hendricks
