2. Approval of minutes of the March 27 meeting and April 10 work session

3. Consideration of the Montgomery County Historic Tax Credit application submitted by Dan Wolf for the barn at 7101 Brink Road in the amount of $57,300.87

4. Consideration of the Montgomery County Historic Tax Credit application submitted by Michael and Caroline Maurer for a back porch replacement at 7115 Brink Road in the amount of $19,563.90

5. Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues

6. Reminder that the next work session is scheduled for May 8 and the next meeting is May 22
