NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application HDWP 03-24 for the property located at 21524 Laytonsville Road owned by Ernesto Figueroa.

The Zoom link can also be obtained on the Town website at www.laytonsville.md.us and selecting the August 19^th Historic District Commission Meeting in the box on the right-hand side of the screen labeled “Public Notices and Meetings”.

Application HDWP 03-24 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission to replace one second floor window to match the existing windows and cover the small window on the side of the house.  They also request to remove and replace the exterior chimney.

Section 127.05 (a) of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic district work permit for constructing, reconstructing, moving, relocating, demolishing or in any manner modifying, changing or altering the exterior features of any designated historic site or historicresource located within the Town.
