NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application HDWP 01-24 for the property located at 6924 Sundown Road owned by Dustin Green

The Zoom link can also be obtained on the Town website at www.laytonsville.md.us and selecting the June 17th Historic District Commission meeting in the box on the right-hand side of the screen labeled “Public Notices and Meetings”.
Application HDWP 01-24 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission to install a 13’ X 26’ shed to match the barn style with no windows and one 48” double door with z-bracing. The existing stairs will be replaced with 8’ X 10’ stairs and landing. A shed on the southeast corner property will be removed.
Section 127.05 (a) of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic district work permit for constructing, reconstructing, moving, relocating, demolishing or in any manner modifying, changing or altering the exterior features of any designated historic site or historic resource located within the Town.
