Notice of Town Council Meeting
and Closed Session
The Mayor and Council will hold an open Town Council Meeting and a Closed Town Council Session on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., via Zoom. The purpose of the Closed Session is to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice relative to pending legislation as authorized by General Provisions Article Section 3-305(b)(7) of the Open Meetings Act. The Mayor and Council will return to Open Session following the Closed Session.
The link to the Public Hearing and the Open Session of the Town Council Meeting may be obtained on the Town website by clicking on the tab “Town Council Meeting and Closed Session, March 19, 2024.” The public may attend the Open Session of the Town Council meeting but cannot attend the Closed Session.
