NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application HDWP 07-23 for the property located at 21508 Laytonsville Road filed by Frye Insurance Associates, Inc.

Application HDWP 07-23 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission to repair storm damage to their building.

Section 127.05 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for constructing, reconstructing, moving, relocating, demolishing or in any manner modifying, changing or altering the exterior features of any designated historic site or historic resource located within the Town.
