The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application HDWP 06-23 for the property located at 21607 Laytonsville Road filed by the Laytonsville Historical Center, Inc.:

Application HDWP 06-23 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission install 2 historical marker/wayside signs on Town Hall property.
Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for constructing, reconstructing, moving, relocating, demolishing or in any manner modifying, changing or altering the exterior features of any designated historic site or historic resource located within the Town.
