3. Public hearing on Historic District Work Permit Application 01-23 to construct a new four-bedroom residence on Lot 2, Area C, Laytonsville Preserve, at 21620 Laytonsville Road
4. Commission discussion and action on Work Permit Application 01–23
5. Public hearing on Historic District Work Permit Application 02-23 for proposed work at 21607 Laytonsville Road to reconfigure and rebuild the wooden steps and ramp leading to the back door of the Town Hall; to replace the concrete patio between the back of the Town Hall and the pavilion with new clay, brick pavers; and to rebuild the walkway between the patio and the parking lot with similar clay, brick pavers.
6. Commission discussion and action on Work Permit Application 02–23
7. Consideration of possible emergency approval of Historic District Work Permit Application 03-23 for the removal of a large tree in the front yard at 21404 Laytonsville Road
8. Discussion of plans being developed by the Laytonsville District Volunteer Fire Department to replace the garage bay doors at the fire station at 21400 Laytonsville Road
9. Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues
