2. Approval of minutes of the October 18, 2021, meeting
3. Report on the action taken by the Town Council at its meeting on November 2, 2021, to enhance the appearance of the gateway fence area at the entrance of the Rolling Ridge development
4. Discussion of the design guidelines adopted for the use of the Historic District Commission, particularly the requirement that fences be painted or covered with a solid stain, to determine whether to recommend to the Town Council any modifications of those guidelines
5. Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues
6. Scheduling the commission’s next meeting, which, if it is held on the third Monday of next month, will be on December 20, 2021
7. Adjournment
