• 2.      Approval of minutes of the January 4, 2021, commission meeting
• 3.      Review of the historic significance of the circa-1790 Rolling Ridge house at 21728 Rolling Ridge Lane and presentation of Town of Laytonsville Resolution R-08-09, adopted by the Town Council on August 4, 2009
• 4.      Evaluation of plans for residential construction at 21720 Rolling Ridge Lane (Lot 5, Rolling Ridge subdivision) submitted by Dan Turetchi, and formulation of a recommendation to the Town Council relative to those plans
• 5.      Discussion of possible improvements at 21521 Laytonsville Road
• 6.      Report on legal opinion provided to the Board of Appeals on handling special exception applications in advance of homeowner association approval of plans
• 7.      Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues
• 8.      Schedule the commission’s next meetings
