2. Approval of the minutes of the August 17, 2020, and October 18, 2020, meetings

3. Public hearing on Historic District Work Permit Application 05-20 seeking permission to replace a wooden garage in the rear of the property at 21408 Laytonsville Road with a new garage in a different location on that property

4. Discussion of the consideration by the Board of Appeals of an application for a variance to permit the owners of 21517 Laytonsville Road to move their driveway and apron to within 15 feet of the neighboring property line

5. Report on inquiries into environmental setting oversight by historic district commissions in neighboring communities

6. Report on the virtual annual meeting of the Maryland Association of Historic District Commissions

7. Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues

8. Determination of the date and time of the commission’s December 2020 meeting

9. Adjournment

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland will conduct a public hearing to consider application, WP-05-20,  submitted by Charles and Kris Bradsher for work located at 21408 Laytonsville Road.  The request is to replace a 11’x16’ wood garage that was damaged by a fallen tree.  Replacement will be an 18’x21’ enclosed garage in the rear of the property.
