• 2.      Approval of minutes of the June 15, 2020, meeting
• 3.      Discussion of the commission’s approach toward a possible addition to the house at 7119 Brink Road requested by the family of a couple that has a conditional contract to buy the property
• 4.      Discussion of the situation of the undeveloped Lot 2, Area C, Laytonsville Preserve (21620 Laytonsville Road), about which the town has received inquiries relative to previous HDC actions
• 5.      Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues
• 6.      Election of a chair and vice-chair of the commission for the period July 2020 to July 2021
• 7.      Reminder that the commission’s next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for August 17, 2020
• 8.      Adjournment
