• 5.      Discussion of revisions to the town’s historic district design guidelines with invited guest Tyler Smith, a senior planner with the Prince George’s County section of the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission
• 6.      Reminder that the commission’s next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for November 18
• 7.      Adjournment
