To celebrate the completion of the WSSC water system for Laytonsville, we will be holding an opening ceremony featuring our Guest of Honor, Former Mayor Willard Oland.
Mayor Oland worked on this system for years, retiring just before construction began, so the Town has asked him to "Open the system" he helped create.
This will be a very important day for the resident of Laytonsville as we grow into the future. Join us for this historic event in one of Maryland's great historic towns.
