The Mayor and Council of the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland, will conduct a public hearing on an Ordinance Extending the Temporary Moratorium and Moratorium Extension upon the Review and Consideration of Applications and Permits for Large Commercial and Residential Projects

A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Sections 132.01 and 132.02 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance to comply with and reflect current provisions of State law and clarify other matters related to the Town’s Planning Commission.
