At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland. Application
#HDC 4-05 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission
for the removal of a hedge and for the installation of a sidewalk on the property
located at 7201 Brink Road.

This Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDC 3-05 for the property located at 7115 Brink Road filed by Sidra Berman on Monday, October 17, 2005 7:30 p.m. at the town hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland. Application #HDC 3-05 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission for the installation of a fence on the property located at 7115 Brink Road. Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for the construction of a fence that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way. Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.

The Mayor and Council will hold Public Hearings beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 to receive public comment on the following on: 1) proposed Ordinance to amend the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland’s Building Permit Ordinance (Ordinance No. 9-52-1, as amended on May 7, 1981, September 1, 1981 and August 5, 2003) so as to authorize and require the posting of a bond or other security when issuing building permits where damage to Town of public property or public rights-of-way may occur; and 2) A proposed Ordinance to establish procedures and regulations with respect to regulating elections within the Town of Laytonsville.
