Notice Dated March 15, 2004   - The Mayor and Council will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at the Laytonsville Town Hall to introduce and hear public comment on the proposed budgets for the Town of Laytonsville for the next fiscal year (July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005).

Notice Dated March 1, 2004  of Election  - On Monday, May 3, 2004 the Town of Laytonsville will hold an election for the positions of two Council members.  The term of office is two years.  The elected candidates will take office on July 6, 2004.

bullet Notice Dated March 1, 2003 - The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDC 1-04, filed by Martin Berman and Sidra Berman on Monday March 15, 2004 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall. 
bullet Notice Dated February 16, 2004 of a public hearing on Tuesday, March, 2004 at the Town Hall. An Ordinance to adopt an amendment to the Land Use Element Map of the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland to reflect the implementation of the new R-3 Zone (approved as a part of the Comprehensive Land Plan for the Town of Laytonsville on September 2, 2003) on certain properties within the Town limits. A copy of the proposed, amended Land Use Element Map is available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the Hearing on March 2, 2004.
bullet Notice Dated January 23, 2004 of a public hearing on Tuesday, February  3, 2004 at the Town Hall. A follow-up hearing on a proposed ordinance to authorize and establish procedures and regulations with respect to regulating the parking, standing or stopping of vehicles upon public streets and rights-of-way within the Town of Laytonsville with the addition of section 9 - "Damage to Right-Of-Way areas".
