NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing on an amendment to the Town Subdivision Regulations to authorize, pursuant to Article 66B of the Maryland Code, the Town Planning Commission to Receive, Process and Approve or Disapprove Preliminary and Final Plans of Subdivision.

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Laytonsville will hold a Public Hearing commencing on September 7, 2010 at 7:50 p.m. at Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland to consider:

An Ordinance amending the Town Subdivision Regulations to authorize and empower the Town Planning Commission to Receive, Process and Approve or Disapprove Preliminary and Final Plans of Subdivision and further to amend the content of preliminary and final subdivision plans, provisions for the standards of approval, hearings and decisions on said plan application and appeals of decisions.

Copies of the Ordinance amending the Town's Subdivision Regulations are available at Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
