NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDC 02-09 for the property located at 21714 Rolling Ridge Lane, Laytonsville Road filed by Subhas and Kasha Malghan on:

7:30 p.m.

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland

Application #HDC 02-09 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission for the addition of an 18’ x 16’ deck; an 18’ x 20’ patio; and a 10’ x 16’ storage shed for the property located at 21714 Rolling Ridge Lane.

Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for performing any grading, excavating, constructing or substantially modifying, changing or altering the environmental setting of an historic site or an historic resource that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way. 

Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
