The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDWP 07-08 for the property located at 21711 Rolling Ridge Lane filed by Pro-Built Construction, Inc. on behalf of Paul and Lisa Simonetti on:

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland

Application #HDWP 07-08 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission to construct a 12’ x 22’ deck and a 307 square foot patio for the property located at 21711 Rolling Ridge Lane.

Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for performing any grading, excavating, constructing or substantially modifying, changing or altering the environmental setting of an historic site or an historic resource that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way.

Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
