BOARD OF APPEALS

The Board of Appeals has cancelled its regular monthly meeting scheduled for November 3, 2008.

The Board of Appeals of the Town of Laytonsville will hold its regular meeting on November 13, 2008. The meeting will begin at the conclusion of the Laytonsville Volunteer Fire Department hearing.

The Board of Appeals of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on a Special Exception application submitted by the Laytonsville Volunteer Fire Department and Cricket Wireless for the property located at 21400 Laytonsville Road on:

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland

The Special Exception application (SE-3-08) requests the addition of three antennas on the existing tower and the placement of a 4 x 8’ metal deck on lunar pads to hold single equipment cabinet.

Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
