NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDWP 06-08 for the property located at 7329 Brink Road filed by Monica Guillen on:

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland

Application #HDWP 06-08 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission to install a fence around the back yard with a swing gate from rear corners of house to include the back yard for the property located at 7329 Brink Road.

Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for performing any grading, excavating, constructing or substantially modifying, changing or altering the environmental setting of an historic site or an historic resource that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way.

Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
