NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

The Mayor and Council will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 to receive public comment on the following:

• A proposed Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 01-04 entitled “An Ordinance to authorize and establish regulations with respect to regulating the parking, standing or stopping of vehicles upon public streets and rights of ways within the Town of Laytonsville” so as to adopt by reference and apply within the Town Articles I, II, III and VII of Chapter 31 of the Montgomery County Code.

The Public Hearing will be at the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland. A copy of the proposed Ordinance will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.

The regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Town Council will immediately follow this hearing.
