NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

Hearing on a Reclassification Application submitted by Paul and Keith Brubacher to the current zoning on property located within the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland and located at 21415 Laytonsville Road.

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Laytonsville will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland to consider:

* An application to change current zone classification of Residential Historic to Commercial Historic for the property located at 21415 Laytonsville Road to allow for classroom and training facility and a small office.

Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.

The regular Town Council meeting will begin at the conclusion of the hearing.
