PUBLIC HEARING

Hearing on Amendment to Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland.

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Laytonsville will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland to consider:

* Zoning Text Amendment to Section 127 entitled “Preservation of Historic Resources” (§127.02) entitled “Definitions” so as to add to said Section a definition for the term “contributing resource”.

A copy of the Zoning Text Amendment is available at Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
