NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF LAYTONSVILLE

The Mayor and Council, applicant, will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 to receive public comment on the following:

• A proposed Ordinance to adopt Chapter 7A of the Montgomery County Code, 2004 ( as amended) entitled “Off-the-Road Vehicles” as being applicable within the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland and to authorize Montgomery County, Maryland to apply, administer and enforce the provisions of Chapter 7A within the Town limits.

The Public Hearing will be at the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland. A copy of the proposed Ordinance will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.

The regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Town Council will immediately follow.
