NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

This Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDC 4-05 for the property located at 7201 Brink Road filed by the Town of Laytonsville on:

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland

Application #HDC 4-05 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission for the removal of a hedge and for the installation of a sidewalk on the property located at 7201 Brink Road.

Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for performing any grading, excavating, constructing or substantially modifying, changing or altering the environmental setting of an historic site or an historic resource that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way. Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
