This Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDC 3-05 for the property located at 7115 Brink Road filed by Sidra Berman on:

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland

Application #HDC 3-05 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission for the installation of a fence on the property located at 7115 Brink Road.

Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for the construction of a fence that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way. Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
