NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

 

            The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland will conduct a public hearing on a Preliminary Plan of Subdivision submitted by Jones Farm LC on:

 

Tuesday, June 7, 2005

at 7:30 p.m.

 

            or as soon thereafter at this matter can be heard in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland.

 

            The Preliminary Plan requests approval for the subdivision of 51.44 acres, consisting of 13 single family units on property in the Town of Laytonsville known as “Jones Farm” or “Rolling Ridge” as well as the existing Rolling Ridge structure.

 

            The regular meeting of the Mayor and Town Council will begin at the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
