NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING ON A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE AGRICULTURAL ZONE, SECTION 105 OF THE TOWN OF LAYTONSVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of Laytonsville will hold a public hearing starting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland to consider:
A Zoning Text Amendment requested by Jody Kline, Esq., on behalf of Elm Street Development to amend the minimum lot area, minimum lot width and maximum density requirements of Section 105.04 and 105.07 respectively of the Agricultural Zone to allow a lot annexed to the Town after July 1, 2004 which is improved by an historic structure to contain less than a minimum of 25 acres to be determined by the Town’s Historic District Commission and a minimum lot width of thirty (30) feet at the right-of-way line and not less than 200 feet at the front building line and further to provide that such lots are not in violation of the density limits in the Agricultural Zone.
Copies of the Text Amendment are available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
