NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland will conduct a public hearing on a Petition for Annexation and Zoning filed by Jones Farm, LC, on:

Tuesday, July 6, 2004

                                                at 7:30 p.m.

            Or as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland.

            The petition requests annexation of 27.36 acres (or 1,191,801+ square feet) of land located at 7125 Brink Road (Tax Map GV, Parcel 500), and known as "Rolling Ridge".  The application requests rezoning of the property that is presently zoned RDT (Rural Density Transfer) in Montgomery County to the Town's R3 (Residential, Two acre) Zone.
