NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDC 1-04, filed by Martin Berman and Sidra Berman on

MONDAY

MARCH 15, 2004

AT 7:30 P.M.

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland.

The application requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission to conduct extensive renovations to an already existing house, demolish existing garage building and add a two-car garage at the property located at 7115 Brink Road. Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for altering exterior features of an historic resource.
