NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Laytonsville, Maryland will conduct a public hearing on a Preliminary Plan of Subdivision submitted by Laytonsville Communities LLC on:

Tuesday, January 4, 2005

at 7:30 p.m.

or as soon thereafter at this matter can be heard in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland.

The Preliminary Plan requests approval for the subdivision of 121.80 acres, consisting of 56 single family units on property in the Town of Laytonsville known as “Fulks South”.

Further information is available from the Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, during regular business hours.
