A preliminary subdivision plan was presented to the town by Natelli Communities. Copies of the plan were forwarded to the HDC. This property is approximately 100 acres on the west side of Rt. 108. The subdivision calls for about 56 homes. Several lots in this development would be in the existing Historic District of the town. HDC members reviewed and discussed the drawings presented.

Commission members discussed the need to have a bookcase to maintain the growing library of materials. It was moved by consensus to ask the Town to purchase a four shelf bookcase.
