Laytonsville Historical Center

The Laytonsville Historical Center was established in 1996 as a non-profit organization to provide Resources, Education and Advocacy to promote Laytonsville's historic heritage.

Our Goals

  • Preserve and promote the history of Laytonsville and the 1st Election District.
  • To expand the Center's collection of family histories, photographs and memorabilia.
  • Keep the Center open to all including the community and students of Laytonsville Elementary School.

 

Historical Center Hours

The Laytonsville Historical Center is located within the Laytonsville Town Hall at 21607 Laytonsville Road.  The Historical Center is open to the public by appointment only at this time.  Please call 301-869-0042 to make an appointment.
