The Planning Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on a Preliminary Plan of Subdivision submitted by Natelli Communities, LLC on Thursday, March 8, 2012,7:30 p.m at Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland
The Preliminary Plan requests approval for the subdivision of 101 acres, consisting of 36 single family units on property in the Town of Laytonsville known as “Laytonsville Nurseries (Stadler Subdivision)”.
