Application #HDC 01-12 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission for signs, fencing, lighting, exterior improvements and outbuildings.
Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for performing any grading, excavating, constructing or substantially modifying, changing or altering the environmental setting of an historic site or an historic resource that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way.
Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
