  • 4.      Discussion of communications and information relating to Lot 2, Area C, Laytonsville Preserve (21620 Laytonsville Road)
  • 5.      Report from the chair on his discussion with Samantha and Steve Marstaller relative to their driveway relocation project at 21517 Laytonsville Road
  • 6.      Discussion of the provision in the town’s Zoning Ordinance (Section 127.05 [b]) requiring a historic area work permit for substantially modifying the environmental setting of a historic resource and whether the commission’s guidelines adequately address this subject
  • 7.      Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues
  • 8.      Reminder that the commission’s next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2020
