  • 1.      Call to order
  • 2.      Approval of minutes of the February 17, 2020, meeting
  • 3.      Discussion of an inquiry from Caroline Maurer of 7115 Brink Road as to whether a historic district work permit is required to stain rather than paint the new picket fences at the front and sides of her house and the deck of her front porch
  • 4.      Discussion of the status of work on a brochure about the Laytonsville Historic District Commission for town residents
  • 5.      Report by the commission members who attended the March 4 Montgomery County Historic Preservation Commission information session held in Silver Spring and discussion of whether Laytonsville should adopt any elements of the county commission’s then recently adopted policy on roof-mounted solar panels or the new regulations that commission had proposed for simplified approvals of certain categories of historic area work permits
  • 6.      Open forum on Laytonsville historic preservation issues
  • 7.      Reminder that the commission’s next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2020
  • 8.      Adjournment
