The Board of Appeals of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a continuation of a public hearing on a Special Exception application submitted by Brian Kline, for the property located at 6720 Laytonsville Road on:

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland
The Special Exception application (SE-01-19) requests the use of all five acres of the property as office space and parking for a landscape contractor. Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during their regular business hours (Tuesday and Thursday from 11 am -1pm ) or upon request by calling the Town Hall at 301-869-0042. The application will be available at the hearing.
