Public Hearing & Town Council Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of Laytonsville, Maryland will hold a public hearing on October 2, 2018 at 7:30 pm at the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, to consider application RZ-01-18 submitted by Christine Wilkinson for zone reclassification of the property at 7000 Brink Road.

At the Town Hall, 21607 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville, Maryland

The Reclassification of Zone application (RZ-01-18) requests a change to the zoning for 7000 Brink Road from Residential Historic (R-H) to Commercial Historic (C-H) zoning.  Copies of the application will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
