Approved Minutes

The meeting opened at 7:30pm.  Present are, Peter Stadler, David Preusch, Bendan Deyo and Chairman Eric Wenger.

The digital recorder was loaned out for the evening, therefore there are no recorded minutes for this meeting.

The meeting was spent entirely on map for Mark Symborski.  The members worked on identifying the potential annexation areas and any that could potentially yield development.  The map indicated agricultural easements, parks and preservation areas.

Once completed the map will be given to the Clerk for mailing to Mr. Symborski.

The next meeting will be March 24, 2009.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:40pm
