LAYTONSVILLE BOARD OF APPEALS
MEETING MINUTES
May 3, 2010 - 7:30 p.m.

Roll Call:

A meeting of the Laytonsville Board of Appeals was called to order by the Chair, Jake Cecere, at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Sladki, Hewitt, Stadler, and Pomeroy were present. Alternate Member Whittington was not present.

Minutes

Chair Cecere submitted the minutes for the meeting of April 5, 2010. Member Stadler proposed the motion to accept the minutes which was seconded by Member Pomeroy. The motion was passed unanimously and the minutes approved.

Old Business

Chair Cecere reported that he had not received any feedback regarding the Laytonsville Volunteer Fire Department's Special Exception. The motion was tabled until the next meeting. Chair Cecere was requested to write to the Laytonsville Volunteer Fire Department requesting an update on the status of their pending Special Exception and the information they were requested to submit. Their presence would be requested at the next meeting. Chair Cecere presented a motion to contact the Laytonsville Volunteer Fire Department to request their presence at the next meeting of the Board in June and provide an update on the current status of the information which was requested by the Board. The motion was passed unanimously.

New Business:

None.

Adjourn

There being no further business, Chair Cecere made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Member Sladki and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:43 p.m.
