LAYTONSVILLE BOARD OF APPEALS

MEETING MINUTES

April 5, 2010 - 7:30 p.m.

Roll Call:

A meeting of the Laytonsville Board of Appeals was called to order by the Chair, Jake Cecere, at 7:35 p.m. Board Members Sladki and Pomeroy were present. Members Hewitt and Stadler and Alternate Member Whittington were not present.

Minutes

Chair Cecere submitted the minutes for the meetings of February 1 and March 1, 2010. Member Pomeroy proposed the motion to accept the minutes which was seconded by Member Sladki. The motion was passed unanimously and the minutes approved.

Old Business

Chair Cecere reported that he had not received any feedback regarding the Laytonsville Volunteer Fire Department's Special Exception. This item will be tabled until the next meeting.

New Business:

None.

Adjourn

There being no further business, Chair Cecere made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Member Sladki and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:40 p.m.
