LAYTONSVILLE BOARD OF APPEALS

MEETING MINUTES March 1,2010 - 7:30 p.m.

Roll Call:

A meeting of the Laytonsville Board of Appeals was called to order by the Chair, Jake Cecere, at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Sladki, Pomeroy, and Hewitt were present. Member Stadler and Alternate Member Whittington were not present.

Minutes

Chair Cecere reported that the Secretary was unable to submit the minutes of the February 1, 2010, meeting, and that they would be submitted the following month.

Old Business

Chair Cecere reported that he had not received any feedback regarding the Laytonsville Volunteer Fire Department's Special Exception.

New Business:

None.

Adjourn

There being no further business, Chair Cecere made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Member Sladki and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:40 p.m.
