LAYTONSVILLE BOARD OF APPEALS

MEETING MINUTES December 7, 2009 - 7:30 p.m.

Roll Call:

A meeting of the Laytonsville Board of Appeals was called to order by the Chair, Jake Cecere, at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Sladki and Pomeroy were present. Board Members Hewitt and Stadler and Alternate Member Whittington were not present.

Minutes

Chair Cecere submitted the minutes for the meeting of November 2, 2009. Member Pomeroy proposed the motion to accept the minutes which was seconded by Member Sladki. The motion was passed unanimously and the minutes approved.

None.

Adjourn

There being no further business, a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Chair Cecere, seconded by Member Sladki and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:48 p.m.
