LAYTONSVILLE BOARD OF APPEALS

MEETING MINUTES

June 1, 2009 - 7:30 p.m.

Roll Call:

A meeting of the Laytonsville Board of Appeals was called to order by the Chair Jake Cecere, at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Sladki, Hewitt, Pomeroy, and Stadler were present. Alternate Board Member Richard Whittington was present.

Attendance;

The Board Meeting was attended by the following guest: Ms. Wenger, Mayor Oland, and Mr. C. Lucid.

Minutes

Minutes of the last meeting were not available to the Board Members. New Business

The next meeting of the Board of Appeals will be held on July 13, 2009, instead of its regularly scheduled meeting date of July 6, 2009. A notice from the Town Clerk has been published.

Old Business

None Adjourn

There being no further business before the Board, Member Sladki motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Member Hewitt and was passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
